Admin cum Accounts

Aspire Career Services, Toa Payoh North, Singapore, Singapore FULL TIME

About this Job:

- Maintaining full sets of accounts of subsidiaries

 

- Analyze and control the expenses

 

- Reconciliation of bank accounts

 

- Managing cash flow, quarterly GST returns and monitoring of accounts payable and receivable

 

- Preparation of financial reporting for monthly reporting

 

- Provide admin & support role

Requirement:

- Minimum of Diploma in finance or equivalent in professional accounting

- 1 -2 years relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts of F&B Industry

- Knowledge of Quickbooks would be advantageous.

- Self motivated and confident

- Able to work independently under pressure, prioritize task & meet tight deadlines.

- Good team player with ability to deal with people of all levels

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin

- Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only need apply

Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: - SGD/month
